Finding Peace Amid the Chaos - Tanya Brown

Tanya BrownWe are thrilled to be welcoming back to the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee Ms. Tanya Brown, mental health advocate, life coach, author of 2 books including ”Finding Peace Amid the Chaos:  My escape from depression and suicide” and sister of the late Nicole Brown-Simpson.  Tanya will be sharing her story of hope for recovery from depression and suicidal ideations in the homes of our Board of Director’s Members Mr. David Cook (Karen) and Mrs. Jennifer Strawn (Dr. James Strawn, Midway Dental Center) on Thursday and Friday, January 21 and 22, 2016.  Tanya remains a generous friend of Suncoast, and we are delighted to have her meet our friends and leaders within the communities that we serve.  Her story is an inspiration to anyone who suffers from depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder and any number of mental illnesses that we are currently treating at Suncoast Mental Health Center.  Together with Tanya, our friends the Cook’s and the Strawn’s, as well as our tireless staff and dedicated team, we are saving and changing lives in our community.
