Thank You For Your Support!
Dear Treasure Coast & Okeechobee Communities,
After careful consideration and due to financial challenges, we regret to inform you that Suncoast Mental Health Center, Inc. will be closing its doors permanently on February 14, 2025. This decision comes after 27 years of dedicated service and support to the community, providing vital mental health support since 1998.
We are deeply grateful for the trust and partnership we've shared with individuals, families, funders, and community partners throughout the years. While this closure saddens us, we are committed to assisting our clients through this transition.
We encourage all clients to contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements to access their records and connect with alternative providers. For support or referrals, please contact your therapist or case manager.
To request medical records by February 14th, 2025, please email MedicalRecordsRequest@smhcinc.org.
Thank you for your understanding and for allowing us to be a part of your mental health journey.
Sincerely,
Debra Engle, CEO
